7-01 Science

Students did a mini-lab on pure substances and mixtures. The following sheets were handed out: 
a) Pure Substances and Mixtures Lab Activity b) Classifying Household Items C) Pure Substances and Mixtures Rubric (***All 3 pages are to be numbered as page 6!!!)

The lab activity report (page 6) is due Monday, November 22


7-03 Science

There was no class because of interviews (early dismissal)


8-01 Science and 8-04 Science

1) Students read pages 67-69
2) Went through pages 67-69 with students along with "Human Organ Systems" (page 42)
3) Assigned "Independent Organ Systems Crossword" (page 43)
Homework
"Independent Organ Systems Crossword" (page 43) due next class


8-03 Science

1) Assigned "From Cells To Tissues To Organs Assignment" (page 40) and collected
2) Took up "Independent Organ Systems Crossword" (page 43)
3) Put up the table of contents for at least 20 minutes for students to review and see what they are missing etc.

Homework
Test# 2 is Friday, November 26. Students should review (study) pages 38-49 and pages 62-69 in their textbook and pages 24-45 in their notebook
