7-01 Science

1) Handed out blank sheet for "Title Page" (page 1), "Chapter 1 Vocabulary" (page 2), "Biotic and Abiotic" (page 3), "Basic Needs of Biotic Elements" (page 4), and "Abiotic Elements" (page 5)
2) Used the above sheets to set up their "Table of Contents"  and organize the students notes
3) Assigned Title Page: "Unit 1 - Interactions in the Environment" (page 1)

7-02 Science

1) Went over "Chapter 1 Vocabulary" (page 2), "Biotic and Abiotic" (page 3), "Basic Needs of Biotic Elements" (page 4), and "Abiotic Elements" (page 5) with the students
2) Handed out and did "Living and Non-living Assignment" (page 6) with the students
3) Assigned "Interaction of Biotic and Abiotic Elements Crossword" (page 7)

8-03 Science

1) Took up "Living Things and Cell Theory Crossword" (page 8)
2) Watched video "Simply Cells: Parts of a Cell and Their Functions"
2) Handed out "Parts of the Plant and Animal Cells" (page 10) and went over with the students
4) Handed out "Animal Cell" (page 11) and "Plant Cell" (page 12) and had students fill in the parts by using the letters on "Parts of the Plant and Animal Cells" (page 10)
